Frequently asked questions

Is Holafly or Saily better?

Choose Saily if you can estimate gigabytes and want lower cost on fixed plans plus Saily’s published security features. Choose Holafly if you prefer paying by day for unlimited data and accept fair-use slowdowns and any published hotspot cap. Re-check both destination pages on purchase day (6 November 2026 samples above).

Does Holafly really mean unlimited?

Holafly markets unlimited data by day length, but fair-use rules can reduce speed after heavy use, and many plan pages publish a daily hotspot sharing limit (commonly 1 GB/day on pages we have checked). Read the destination plan page and terms.

Does Saily Unlimited throttle?

On the Japan Unlimited text we captured on 6 November 2026, Saily states 5 GB/day without a speed limit, then unlimited data at up to 1 Mbps. Confirm the wording on the plan you buy.

What is Holafly’s refund window?

Holafly’s official refund policy (checked 6 November 2026) says you have up to 6 months to request a refund. It lists full refunds for unused plans and incompatible devices, and full or partial refunds for some connection issues. Conditions apply on the live page.
